A wonderful afternoon to celebrate Baby Roper & the mama to be!
Our afternoon started with a wonderful spread of tasty treats, including the incredible layered red velvet & cheese cake shown above. And the guests showed off their creativity decorating onesies. I think it's safe to say we're all excited to meet this little man! Last year I made a new years resolution, I wanted to turn my love for photography into more than a hobby. It has been an amazing year. Along with documenting my own travels, I have photographed a newly engaged couple, adorable little ones and sweet families, marketing for a charitable organization, and yoga instructors. This year many of my favorite things have come together in front of my lens. Thank you to all of the wonderful faces shown in this post and many many more, you have encouraged me to continue something I have dreamed of for a long time.
Happy New Year from my heart to yours! Before Thanksgiving I visited Little Miss & her family in Texas and met her dapper little brother for the first time. A tradition we have taken to calling TEX-giving. And this year the whole family got in on the photos! We braved the 'cold' (keep in mind I love in California) and a few mosquitos but I think it was all worth it. Look at their sweet faces!!
